Children Champions League





This Football Cup holds since 2002. The first tournament has taken place in Kaliningrad. The participants of tournament were the champions of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Baltic countries. Tournament has received a good estimation and became traditional.

The idea to create a Teenager league of champions has appeared long time ago. But it started being implemented, only when the Teenager Football League achieved the largest oil company "LUKOIL", says the president of Teenager Football League Victor Gorlov. The project’s final aim and our old dream is to create analogue adult’s League of champions where the best Europe’s children's commands can compete.

Since 2005 the competitions of International Teenager champion league started to conduct in some stages - at first selection games and then a final stage. All commands who wish can play, under forward orderings, at the first selection stage which annually passes at 8-10 cities of Russia, Moldova, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, the winners of qualifying tournaments and also specially invited commands-champions of the CIS countries acquire the right to play in the final stage.

Except Russian teams, at about 50 teams from Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, the countries of Baltic, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria annually take part in competitions. FIFA’s representatives visited one of the final tournaments of the Teenager league of champions in the countries of Eastern Europe, and they highly responded about the idea and the level of the organization of competitions.

- "LUKOIL" co-operates with Teenager football league and supports its undertakings for a long time, - the chief of public relations’ Department of Open Society "LUKOIL" Alexander Vasilenko continues. - Look, what geography of the competitions, what clubs participate in Teenager league of champions year from a year! Moscow’s "Spartak", Kiev’s and Minsk’s "Dynamo", Donetsk’s "Shahter", Kishinev’s "Zimbru" – it all is football’s history. Today there are boys in these commands who are to write its continuation in the future.
